SIXTH ANNUAL PACK BOWL-A-THON

The Pasco Association for Challenged Kids, Inc had its sixth annual bowl-a-thon to raise money for the 2008 PACK summer camp.  PACK was able to raise over $23,000.00 with about 75 bowlers participating. 

PACK was formed as a  501(C)(3) not-for-profit corporation in 1997 by Paula and Barry Cohen, parents of an autistic child, for a summer program for challenged kids.   PACK held its first program in July 1997, and every year since then the program has grown.  Last year 40 children with all types of disabilities ranging in age from 5-22 attended and had a wonderful time.  PACK Camp 2008 will be back at River Ridge Presbyterian Church on Ridge Road in New Port Richey.
